On September 4^th , Mr. Tan Ruisong, the Chairman of AVIC the Chairman of AviChina, Mr. Chen Yuanxian, the President of AviChina, visited Mr. Liang Zhenying, the Deputy Chairman of CPPCC former Chief Executive of the HKSAR, in Hong Kong. Mr. Tan Ruisong introduced the historical development, major achievements future planning of AVIC. With supports of Government of the HKSAR taking advantages of the HKSAR, AVIC’s subsidiaries in Hong Kong, representing by AviChina, have made development through financing listing, contributed to the prosperity of the HKSAR. In addition, Mr. Tan Ruisong invited Mr. Liang Zhenying to visit AVIC exhibition in the 2018 Zhuhai Air Show.

Mr. Liang Zhenying appreciated the visit of Mr. Tan Ruisong, which has enhanced his understanding of AVIC, spoke highly of achievements made by AVIC. He introduced the important role of Hong Kong in promoting the reform opening up as well as its overall planning for future’s development. Mr. Liang emphasized that with the support of the Central Government, Hong Kong firmly sticks to the "one nation, two systems" policy plays the role as a "super platform" "super contact" according to its position, planning development concepts. In particular, he pointed out that the position of Hong Kong as "international transportation industry center" is not only referring to maritime transportation, but also for air transportation. For this purpose, Hong Kong introduced special tax incentives for aviation leasing companies.

Mr. Liang Zhenying hoped that, besides financing listing, AVIC could actively participate in businesses as airport ATC systems construction aircraft leasing in Hong Kong market, strengthen cooperation with Hong Kong scientific research institutions, attract global technical resources talents to serve aviation industry.

Mr. Liang Zhenying accepted the invitation to visit AVIC exhibition in the 2018 Zhuhai Air Show, also invited AVIC to participate in the "Air Silk Road" International Forum to be held in Hong Kong next April.
