In  order  to  fully  communicate  with  listed  companies,  investors,  regulatory  agencies, exchanges,  intermediaries  and other parties,  and help overseas  listed  companies  integrate  into global  development,  the  Overseas  Listed  Companies  Branch  of the  China  Listed  Companies Association was  established  on  10  January.  Representatives  from  China  Securities  Regulatory Commission and China Listed Companies Association attended the mmeting. Mr. Yan Lingxi, the Chairman of AviChina was invited to attend the meeting as a member of the Executive Committee of the Overseas Listed Companies Branch.

In the face of difficulties and challenges, AviChina will actively respond to the call of the Association,  play  the  role  of the  member  of the  Executive  Committee,  actively  explore  the valuation system with Chinese characteristics, and strive to enhance the image of listed companies controlled by central enterprises in overseas capital markets.
