On 28 June 2016, AviChina completed issuance of domestic shares to AVIC for aquiring 100% euiqty interests in AVIC Planning. Upon the issuance, AviChina has total share capital of 5.966 billion shares, its controlling shareholder AVIC hold 55.28%. The acquisition of AVIC Planning is an important step for AviChina becoming the platform of aviation high-tech business relative high-tech business, which will extend business also improve sales profits of  AviChina. 

AviChina has started the acquisition of 100% equity interests in AVIC Planning since late September 2015. The price is RMB2.173 billion with a PE of 10.25 times.
