On June 29, in Beijing, AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (AviChina) held the 2017 AGM the First meeting of the sixth Board of Directors Supervisory Committee in 2018.

At the AGM, the reports of the Board Supervisory Committee were considered approved, the members of the sixth Board Supervisory Committee were elected. Subsequently, the Board elected Tan Ruisong as the chairman of the sixth Board, Supervisory Committee elected Zheng Qiang as the chairman of the sixth Supervisory Committee.

Tan Ruisong, the new chairman of AviChina, pointed out that AviChina is an important aviation high-tech industry platform for AVIC, which would increase its efforts to support AviChina. He hoped AviChina to focus on aviation industry, create better performance, enhance the ability of industrial integration, improve the ability of financing M&A, play the role of international capital platform, contribute to military-civilian integration international development.

Then, all directors supervisors of the meeting expressed their expectations for the future development of AviChina.
